Pete Stauber - 8th District Congressman

Pete Stauber is the Republican Congressman for the 8th Congressional District of Minnesota. Pete played professional hockey and recently retired from the Duluth Police Department after 22 years of dedicated service. Pete served 2 terms as Hermantown City Councilor and is currently in his 2nd term as a St. Louis County Commissioner. Pete Stauber represents the people of Northeast Minnesota - tough, independent, principled and committed to family, community, and country. Our priorities are his priorities: More jobs and fewer burdensome regulations from Washington; accessible, affordable, patient-driven, physician-guided healthcare; ensure our veterans receive their earned and promised benefits; and mining iron-ore and precious metals while maintaining our pristine environment.
